For every basic gig purchased, I will:
- Record up to 50 words of your script in Bahasa Indonesia
- HQ WAV format
- Deliver the file(s) to you in less than 2 days** -excluding Saturdays and Sundays
- Provide 1x revision
- Guarantee well-articulated and cleanly recorded audio

IMPORTANT:
Regarding revision requests, I provide 1x for free under the following conditions:
If caused by my mistakes, such as
- Not according to the tone/style initially requested,
- Misread the text,
- Missing words/lines,
- Audio glitch/bad audio, or even
- Minor changes due to small modifications of script/video
Revision requests with the following criteria are NOT included in the free revision:
- Modification of script and duration
- If you decide to change the tone or style of the entire VO after the delivery
**Saturday and Sunday deliveries are subject to an agreement between Buyer and Seller prior to ordering and will otherwise be charged for extra-fast delivery.
